Konami ha anunciado en el Tokyo Game Show 2011 que Metal Gear Solid HD Collection y Zone of the Enders HD Collection saldrán también en PS Vita. Estará disponible en Japón el 23 de Noviembre de 2011, por 5.480 yenes. Son versiones optimizadas y reconstruidas, con una nueva interfaz de usuario, logros y trofeos, imagen y audio remasterizados. Metal Gear Solid HD Collection incluye los clásicos de PlayStation 2 Metal Gear Solid 2: Songs of Liberty y Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, además del Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker de PSP (editado en 2010). Zone of the Enders HD Collection incluirá Zone of the Enders y Zone of the Enders 2: The Second Runner.
